Kaarina joined 3i in November 2025 and is an Associate in the North American Infrastructure team. 

Prior to joining 3i, Kaarina was an Investment Banking Associate at ING in the digital infrastructure M&A advisory team.

She holds a B.Sc. in business with concentrations in finance and statistics from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
