Lorenzo joined 3i in September 2023, and is an Associate in the Infrastructure team. He is responsible for the origination and execution of new investments in Europe, as well as supporting the activities of portfolio companies including TCR, FLAG and Herambiente.

Prior to joining 3i, Lorenzo gained experience at Neuberger Berman, where he worked in the Buyout team (Renaissance Partners) based in Milan.

He holds an MSc in Finance & Private Equity (with Distinction) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a BSc in Management (with First Class Honours) from the University of Bath.
