Richard is Director of Portfolio and Investor Relations for 3i’s Infrastructure business and joined in January 2016. He is responsible for interacting with public shareholders across 3i Group's listed Infrastructure fund and managing cross portfolio initiatives. He is also responsible for the operations of the Infrastructure investment team. 

Prior to joining 3i, Richard worked at Barclays Capital where he held a number of front office senior business partnering roles within the investment bank and a strategy role in Barclays Group.

Richard is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a degree in Economics from Loughborough University.
