Amar joined 3i in 2026 and is an Associate in 3i's Private Equity investment team, based in London. He focuses on the origination and execution of investments in the UK with a focus on the Consumer sector.

Amar previously worked at Bain & Company, where he was a Senior Consultant in the Private Equity group, focusing on commercial due diligence across the tech and consumer sectors.

He holds a first-class Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick.
