Carson joined 3i in 2023 as a member of its North America Private Equity team based in New York. Carson is involved in 3i's investments in SaniSure and Q Holding. 

Prior to joining 3i, Carson worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors group at Citi, where he focused on M&A advisory and capital raising transactions. Carson graduated with honours from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Finance and certificates in Organisational Leadership and Sustainability.
