Casper joined 3i in 2021 in the Benelux Private Equity team. Casper is a deal team member of Royal Sanders, European Bakery Group and Basic-Fit, and is part of the Industrial sector team across Europe. Casper is based in London since 2026 and remains active in the Benelux market. 

Prior joining 3i, Casper gained internship experience in sell-side M&A at Lincoln International and mid-market Private Equity at Avedon Capital Partners.

Casper holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Delft.
