Christoph Demers joined 3i in 2026 as a member of its European Private Equity team based in Frankfurt. He specialises in the Services & Software sector. 

Prior to joining 3i, Christoph spent nine years at ECM, a lower mid-market fund focused on primary transactions in the DACH region, where he gained extensive transaction experience and was responsible for various portfolio companies within the software and business services space. Previously, Christoph worked in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division focused on M&A.

He holds a BSc in Business Administration and Management from WHU, Otto-Beisheim School of Management.
