Darcey is an Associate in the Private Equity team based in London, primarily responsible for the origination and execution of new investments in Europe. Darcey is involved in 3i's investment in Audley Travel, the leading provider of tailor-made travel, as well as AES, a leading manufacturer of seals for rotating equipment.

Prior to joining 3i in September 2021, Darcey worked for Venture Capital firm 24Haymarket, where she focused on the sourcing and completion of new opportunities and the management of existing assets.

Darcey holds a BA in History from the University of Durham.
