Dike joined 3i in 2025 as a member of its North American Private Equity team focused on Healthcare sector coverage. Dike is involved in 3i’s investment in Q Holding.

Prior to joining 3i, Dike was a Vice President on the Investment Team at American Securities, a middle-market private equity firm where he focused on investments in the Healthcare, Industrials, and Business Services sectors and helped execute the sale of and acquisitions for his portfolio companies. Before American Securities, Dike was an Investment Associate at ICV Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he primarily focused on the Healthcare and Business Services sectors, and an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Dike received his A.B. in Biomedical Engineering from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
