George joined 3i’s Private Equity team in 2026 as Legal Counsel. George provides legal support in relation to new investments, disposals and portfolio matters across 3i's international Private Equity business.

Prior to joining 3i, George was an associate at White & Case LLP and Ropes & Gray International LLP, where he advised private equity sponsors, corporates and portfolio companies on public and private cross-border M&A, management incentivisation arrangements and reorganisations. George also spent time on secondment at Providence Equity Partners and GHO Capital Partners. 

George is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Southampton and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, London.
