Luke joined 3i in 2026 as a member of its North America Private Equity team based in New York. He focuses on Services & Software.

Prior to 3i, Luke was a Principal on the Investment Team at Trilantic North America, a middle-market private equity firm where he focused on investments in the Tech-Enabled, Professional and Industrial Services verticals. Before Trilantic, Luke was an analyst at Barclays in the Power & Utilities Advisory Group.

Luke received his B.A. in Financial Economics from Columbia University.
