Prior to joining 3i, Michael was a Vice President on the investment team at Ampersand Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Before Ampersand, Michael was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Healthcare Group at RBC Capital Markets. Michael holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.
