Sophia is Sustainability Director in 3i’s Private Equity business, where she leads the integration of sustainability considerations into investment decision making and portfolio management. Working closely with investment teams and portfolio companies, she provides guidance on managing sustainability-related risks, identifying opportunities, and strengthening resilience.
 
Sophia is a member of the 3i Group Sustainability Committee, and represents 3i through a number of industry initiatives, including Invest Europe’s Human Rights Working Group. She holds an honours degree in History from the University of Durham, and a Certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
