Sophia is ESG & Sustainability Director in 3i’s Private Equity business. She leads the development and delivery of 3i's Sustainability strategy across the investment lifecycle, and supports portfolio companies across Europe and North America to drive value and manage risk through a sustainability lens. 

Sophia is a member of the 3i Group Sustainability Committee and regularly represents 3i externally through industry initiatives, including the Invest Europe Human Rights Working Group. Sophia holds an honours degree in History from the University of Durham and a certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.
