Tobias joined 3i in 2021 and is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity team based in Frankfurt. He focuses on the origination and execution of investments in Germany as well as in the Services & Software sector.

He was part of the deal teams for 3i's investments in MAIT and xSuite, and he is currently on the board of xSuite.

Prior to joining 3i, Tobias worked in private equity at Cinven and in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Tobias holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University.
