William joined 3i in 2022 and is an Associate Director in the Banking team, where he focuses on debt capital market activities globally across the 3i Private Equity platform.

He has worked on a range of buyouts and financing transactions for current and former portfolio companies, including Action, Audley Travel, BoConcept, Cirtec Medical, Dynatect, Evernex, Formel D, Luqom, MAIT, OMS Prufservice, ten23 health, VakantieDiscounter, WaterWipes, Weener Plastics and Yanga.

William has 12 years of banking experience with a background in Leveraged Finance. Before joining 3i, he worked at Barclays Investment Bank on European and cross-border transactions for upper mid-market and large-cap buyouts and financings across sectors, with a particular focus on TMT, healthcare and consumer businesses.

He holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Bristol.
