Responsible for 3i’s legal, compliance, internal audit, human resources and company secretarial functions. A member of the Executive Committee since joining 3i in 2007.
Prior to joining 3i, was a Senior Managing Director, running GE’s European Leveraged Finance business after serving as European General Counsel for GE. Prior to GE, was a partner at the law firms Travers Smith and Latham & Watkins.

Jennifer is the Partner heading the Fund Investor Relations team.
Prior to this, Jennifer was a Partner in the UK Buyouts team and Head of Consumer in the UK. Since joining 3i in June 2005 she co-led 3i’s investment in Mayborn and co-led the take privates of Telecity Group and Redbus to create TelecityRedbus. In November 2007 she was responsible for 3i’s investment in Agent Provocateur.
Prior to joining 3i, Jennifer spent nine years at Terra Firma Capital Partners and Nomura’s Principal Finance Group (PFG), where she was Managing Director. In addition to numerous portfolio responsibilities, major deals that she led there include the privatisation of Angel Train Contracts and the acquisition of Inn Partnership. Jennifer started her career as a solicitor for Allen, Allen & Hemsley in Sydney and London.
Jennifer holds a BA degree and LLB from the University of Sydney. She is Co-Founder and past Chair of Level 20, an initiative to support women in private equity, and a Trustee of The Fred Hollows Foundation (UK).

Stephan joined 3i in 2019 and is a Senior Associate in the Private Equity team based in Frankfurt.
He focuses on the origination and execution of investments in Germany as well as on the Business & Technology Services sector. He has been involved in 3i's investments in GartenHaus and Weener Plastics.
Prior to joining 3i, Stephan worked in Investment Banking at Perella Weinberg Partners in London.
Stephan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management.

Matt is a Director in 3i's Infrastructure team in London and joined in January 2017. He is primarily responsible for the asset management of infrastructure and energy projects in the UK and continental Europe. Matt also leads on a number of value enhancement strategies as well as evaluating and executing selected investment opportunities.
Previously Matt was an Investment Director at Innisfree Limited where he was responsible for asset management of operational infrastructure projects and led on a number of secondary PPP acquisitions.
Matt holds a first class honours degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Nottingham and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Thomas is Investor Relations Director for 3i Group’s Infrastructure business and joined in February 2016. He is responsible for interacting with the limited partners and public shareholders across 3i Group’s infrastructure funds as well as managing any new fundraising and co-investment opportunities.
Prior to joining 3i, Thomas worked in the private placement team at HSBC, where he advised General Partners on fundraising in Europe and Asia. Thomas started his career at Lehman Brothers where he focused on private placements and fundraising for alternative investment funds.
Thomas holds a Master in Finance and Business Administration from HEC, Paris.

Andreas joined 3i in 2007 and is a Director in the Frankfurt office.

Rowena joined 3i in 2007 and is based in London, focusing on originating, executing and representing 3i on the Boards of Private Equity investments. She has been involved in 3i's investments in Audley Travel, Aspen Pumps and Phibro Animal Health, and the sale of Centrul Medical Unirea to Advent International. Rowena currently sits on the Board of Audley Travel.
Previously, Rowena worked for venture capital firm Scottish Equity Partners in London, and for boutique funds management group Quest Asset Partners in Sydney.
Rowena holds a Bachelor of Advanced Science/Commerce degree from the University of Sydney, Australia and spent one year of her degree on exchange at Royal Holloway, University of London.

Stéphane is a Partner in 3i's Infrastructure team in Paris and joined 3i in November 2013, following 3i’s acquisition of Barclays Infrastructure Funds Management Limited. He joined BIFM in 2006.
Stéphane leads 3i’s Infrastructure team in Paris and oversees the origination of projects across Europe for various funds including EOPF, for which he co-led the fundraising activity in 2017-2018.
Previously, Stéphane was head of Egis Investment Partners, after starting his career in international financial institutions such as the World Bank. He graduated as a civil engineer from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole National des Ponts-et-Chaussées.

Louis Gréaume joined 3i in 2021 as a member of its European Private Equity team based in Paris.
Prior to joining 3i, Louis spent three years at L Catterton where he supported several investments and divestments in the consumer sector and was involved in the ongoing portfolio management of a number of assets.
Louis started his career at Roland Berger as a Senior Consultant in Paris, focusing on strategic and operational projects and leading a number of due diligences in the Private Equity industry. He also worked as a Business Analyst at Google in Singapore.
He holds a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School.

Juliette joined 3i in 2019 as an Associate in the French Private Equity team. She is involved in the monitoring of 3i's current investment in Evernex (a global provider of maintenance services for critical IT infrastructure).
Prior to joining 3i, Juliette worked at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan in London where she realised several investments and divestments and was involved in the ongoing portfolio management of a number of assets.
Juliette started her career at Barclays Investment Bank in London, working in the M&A division where she developed expertise in the Consumer and Industrial sectors across Europe.
She holds an MSc in Corporate Finance and a Master’s in Management from EDHEC Business School.

Anjali joined 3i in 2007 from ICICI Bank where she was part of the project finance group, heading the Transportation sub-group. She brings 25 years of experience having worked in the areas of project financing, debt and equity syndication, restructuring and investment banking in her prior assignments at ICICI Bank, Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd., KPMG and SBI Capital Markets.
She holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelors Degree in Science from Gujarat University.

Jasi Halai is Group Financial Controller and Operating Officer. She is responsible for the operational running of the Finance team covering Group financial reporting including FP&A, investment accounting and valuations, fund reporting, regulatory reporting, reward/carried interest plans and share based plans and provides support to the tax, deal, HR and compliance teams.
During her career at 3i, Jasi has led a number of transformation projects, including the setting up of an outsourced function in Bangalore and systems implementation across the front, middle and back-office to optimise business processes. She has also supported and implemented various change and restructuring programmes.
Jasi is also non-executive director at Porvair Plc, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds an MSc in investment management from the CASS Business School.

James joined 3i in 2017. He is responsible for 3i’s Group Strategy and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining 3i, James was Chief Operating Officer of KKR in Europe and, before that, Co-CEO of Avoca Capital. Earlier in his career, James was a corporate finance professional for 20 years, holding various roles at Freeman & Co., Greenhill & Co. and Schroders. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992.
James is also the Senior Independent Director of Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
He holds a First Class Joint Honours degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Surrey.

Rupert is a Director based in London, co-heads the UK PE team, leads consumer and sits on the board of MPM.
Rupert joined 3i in 2018 prior to which he was a Director in the Consumer, Retail and Leisure team at Rothschild in London. He brings 12 years’ experience advising both public and private companies on transactions across the UK and Europe.
