Saty joined 3i in 2022 as a member of its North America Private Equity team based in New York. He focuses on Services and Software, and has been involved in 3i’s investment in arrivia as well as the RedWeek and Personify transactions. Prior to 3i, Saty was a Consultant at A.T. Kearney, where he advised corporate and private equity clients in North America and Europe.
During his graduate studies, he gained internship experience in private equity with Cerberus Capital Management and Access Holdings, where he was involved in the execution of investments in the consumer and business services sectors.
Saty received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, his MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and BA with High Honors in Political Science and Philosophy from Swarthmore College.

Charlie joined 3i in June 2023 and is an Associate in the Infrastructure team based in London. He is primarily responsible for the origination and execution of deals and the management of assets across the economic infrastructure space.
Prior to joining 3i, Charlie was an Associate in the Transport & Infrastructure team at Rothschild & Co in the Sydney and London offices.
Charlie holds a Master of Finance at The University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Sydney.

Richard joined 3i in 2007 and is Head of 3i’s North American Private Equity team and the Global Head of Healthcare.
He has been involved in 3i’s investments in Mold-Masters, Quintiles, Q Holding, Dynatect Manufacturing, Cirtec Medical, SaniSure and ten23 Health. He currently sits on the Boards of Q Holding, Dynatect Manufacturing, Cirtec Medical, SaniSure and ten23 Health, and previously sat on the Boards of Quintiles and Mold-Masters.
Prior to joining 3i, Richard was a Principal at Halyard Capital, where he invested in companies in the media, business services and communications sectors. Prior to joining Halyard, Richard was an Associate at Entrade, where he invested in technology and internet infrastructure businesses.
Richard began his career at Security Capital's Preferred Growth Private Equity fund.

Valerie joined 3i in 2022 as an Analyst in the Benelux Private Equity team. She is deal team member of Konges Sløjd and Action.
Prior to joining 3i, Valerie gained internship experience in the Investment Banking team at Lazard Benelux and mid-market Private Equity firm Bencis Capital Partners.
She holds a BSc degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Amsterdam, and a MSc in Finance and Investments from the RSM Erasmus.

Alastair is Head of Legal for 3i's Private Equity team, with responsibility for legal risk management and the provision of legal support for new investments, portfolio matters, exits and fundraising activities to 3i's international Private Equity business.
Alastair joined 3i in 1998 from a London law firm where he worked as an Associate specialising in international corporate M&A and private equity. He holds a BA joint honours degree in Economics & Law from Durham University and is qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales. Alastair is also vice chair of the BVCA Legal Committee.

Daniel joined 3i in 2019 and is a Vice President in the North American Infrastructure team.
Prior to joining 3i, Daniel worked at Post Road Group, where he helped execute debt and equity investments in the digital infrastructure sector, including fibre, towers, and data centers.
Daniel holds an Economics degree from Princeton University.

Chris is a Director in 3i's Infrastructure team in London with a focus on origination, execution and asset management of investments in Europe.
Prior to joining 3i, Chris worked in transaction services at PwC where he focused on providing post-deal support to private equity backed businesses. He previously led the European corporate finance team at a large European real estate developer and construction business.
Chris holds a BSc in Accounting & Statistics, and is a Chartered Accountant.

Alec joined 3i in 2015, based in 3i's North American Private Equity team. He focuses primarily on software and tech-enabled services with a focus on new investments in IT services, supply chain software, ERP, digital commerce, and infrastructure software. He also spends time in eCommerce / marketplace businesses and consumer. Alec has been involved in 3i’s platform investments in xSuite, WilsonHCG, MPM, Magnitude Software, arrivia (formerly International Cruises & Excursions), and Dynatect, as well as our minority investment in insightsoftware. He has also been involved in the RedWeek, Personify, SOR Technology, iCruise/WMPH and Thodacon GMBH transactions. He is currently a Board Director for arrivia and WilsonHCG.
Prior to 3i, Alec was a management consultant at Bain & Company where he worked in the private equity group and for corporate clients across a variety of sectors. Alec graduated as a Robertson Scholar from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University, where he earned a BS in Business Administration and BA in Economics.

Trevor joined 3i in 2022 and is a Director in the North American Infrastructure team. He is primarily responsible for the origination, evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities in the infrastructure sector, as well as managing existing investments. Trevor is on the board of Amwaste.
Prior to 3i, Trevor was a Director with Ironwood Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm, where he focused on originating, structuring, and executing debt and equity investments.
Trevor holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and a BS, summa cum laude, in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Silvia is responsible for 3i’s programme of relations with public market investors and analysts and for a number of the Group’s key sustainability activities, as well as sustainability reporting and communications. She is a member of the Group Risk and ESG committees.
Before joining 3i in 2007, Silvia worked at Finsbury, the financial communications consultancy, for nearly two years, and in Citi’s Equity Capital Markets division for seven years.
Silvia has a BSc(Econ) in Government and an MSc(Econ) in European Politics and Policy from the London School of Economics.

Fabian joined 3i in 2022 and is an Associate in the Private Equity team based in Frankfurt. He focusses on the origination and execution of investments in Germany. He is involved in 3i’s investment in Formel D. Prior to joining 3i, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in Germany.
Fabian holds a MSc in Finance from Nova SBE in Lisbon and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from the Goethe University Frankfurt.

David is Strategy Director for 3i’s Infrastructure team and joined in 2021. He is responsible for the planning and implementation of key strategic and operational initiatives as well as the development of growth and fund activities, including those related to ESG.
Prior to joining 3i, David was part of PwC's Deals team in London and New York providing buy-side, sell-side, and value creation support to investors and management teams.
David is a CFA charterholder and has a degree in Finance and Economics from The College of New Jersey.

Matthias joined 3i in 2022 and is an Associate Director in the Private Equity team based in Frankfurt. He is involved in 3i’s investment in YDEON.
Prior to joining 3i, he spent six years at the Boston Consulting Group where he advised corporate and private equity clients in North America and Europe on a broad range of topics including growth strategy and commercial due diligence. In addition, Matthias worked as Senior Director of Strategy & Business Development for A Place For Mom.
Matthias holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and a M.Sc. in International Finance from HEC Paris.

Carson joined 3i in 2023 as a member of its North America Private Equity team based in New York. He is involved in 3i's investments in SaniSure and Dynatect.
Prior to joining 3i, Carson worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Asset Managers group at Citi, where he focused on M&A advisory and capital raising transactions. Carson graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Finance and certificates in Organisational Leadership and Sustainability.

Tim joined 3i in 2007, where his focus is on the origination, execution and debt financing of infrastructure investments.
His transaction experience includes Attero, Belfast City Airport, East Surrey Pipelines, Elenia, ESVAGT, Infinis, Oystercatcher, Scandlines, Tampnet, TCR and WIG.
Prior to joining 3i, he was at RBC Capital Markets, having started his career in the European financial restructuring group at Houlihan Lokey.
Tim has an MA and an MPhil in Economics from St John's College, Cambridge.
