Saty joined 3i in 2022 as a member of its North America Private Equity team based in New York.

Prior to 3i, Saty was a Consultant at A.T. Kearney, where he advised corporate and private equity clients in North America and Europe on growth strategy, M&A diligence and integration, operational improvement, and digital transformation. 

During his graduate studies, he interned with Cerberus Capital Management, Access Holdings, and Johnson & Johnson’s San Francisco-based Digital Health team. 

Saty received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, his MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and BA with High Honors in Political Science and Philosophy from Swarthmore College.
