Partnering for international growth
We invest in companies in Europe and North America with an EV typically between €100m - €500m and international growth potential.
Access to both 3i’s balance sheet and external capital allows us significant flexibility in how we finance deals and the length of our investment hold period. Our typical investment holding period is 3-5 years, although we may hold investments for longer depending on the strategy for the investment.
We focus on five core sectors: Consumer, Healthcare, Industrial Technology, Services and Software. In each we have a proven track record and a deep international network of contacts.
