    Bryan is an Associate Director in 3i's Infrastructure team in London and joined in January 2016. He is responsible for the portfolio and asset management of infrastructure and energy projects in the UK and continental Europe, including the valuation of the funds, reporting to portfolio lenders and investors, portfolio value enhancement and yield management.

    Prior to joining 3i, Bryan worked at Amber Infrastructure where he was involved in portfolio management and asset valuation of International Public Partnership. Prior to Amber, Bryan worked at Deloitte in Australia and South Africa.

    Bryan has a Bachelor of Accounting Science (Honours).

    Ashutosh joined 3i in 2011 and has more than seven years experience in various roles in private equity and management consulting. He currently manages various assets across the power, roads, ports and healthcare sectors. He has delivered two exits in India for 3i. Prior to 3i, he worked at A.T.Kearney where he was involved in advising clients across multiple sectors including telecoms, energy, logistics and automotive. He also worked at Lehman Brothers and briefly at General Atlantic in their Mumbai office. Ashutosh holds a Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

    Rafik joined 3i in 2016 and is a Senior Associate in the French Private Equity team.

    He has recently been involved in 3i’s investment in Ponroy, a European leader in the natural consumer healthcare industry, offering OTC / food supplements and hygiene products. Rafik  also assists with the portfolio management of Loxam, a leader in construction and civil engineering rental equipment in Europe.

    Rafik began his career in Financial Advisory at Lazard, spending three and a half years as a sector generalist in their Paris office. His main focus was advising large corporates and private equity funds on M&A transactions, in addition to independent debt and equity advisory.

    Rafik holds an M.Sc. in Finance from ESCP Europe.

    Menno Antal joined 3i in 2000. He is currently Partner, having been Managing Partner, co-head of Private Equity, and Managing Director for the Benelux beforehand.

    He has been a key member of the investment teams working on several of 3i’s Benelux Buyouts including Basic-Fit, Action, Element Materials Technology, VNU Media, Dockwise, Refresco Gerber, ABX, Hyva, UTT, Malmberg, De Telefoongids and YBR. He currently sits on the Board of Action, OneMed and BoConcept.

    Prior to joining 3i, Menno held a broad range of international managerial positions within Heineken.

    He has an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from IMD, Switzerland.

    George joined 3i in 2011 and is a Senior Director in its Banking Team. The team manages the firm's relationship with its financing institutions and provides debt financing advice and support to the international private equity activities of 3i and its portfolio companies.

    He has 24 years of banking experience and has worked on financing transactions for many of 3i’s portfolio companies, including Action, Aspen Pumps, Audley Travel, Basic Fit, BoConcept, Cirtec Medical, Element, Eltel, ESG, Euro-Diesel, Hans Anders, I.C.E., Lekolar, MKM, OneMed, Q Holding, Royal Sanders and SLR.

    Prior to 3i, George worked at The Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of America and Barclays Capital, specializing in leveraged finance and sponsor coverage.  He has also held positions in leveraged loan syndications and in corporate restructuring.

    George holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Biochemistry from Imperial College (University of London), a BSc (Hons) degree in Financial Services from UMIST and a MSc degree in Operational Research from Strathclyde University.

    Mark joined 3i in 2008 in the Benelux team and is a Director currently based in the New York office.

    As a member of the deal team, he was involved in the buyout of ICE, a global travel & loyalty business. Mark was also involved in the buyout, portfolio management and exit of Element Materials Technology, a global materials and product qualification testing business, as well as 3i’s investments in Refresco and EURO-DIESEL and several add-on investments in the Netherlands for Onemed. Mark led the sale of German automotive supplier Hilite International to AVICEM from China and was previously a Board member of VNU Media, which was sold to Belgian media conglomerate de Persgroep in 2012.

    Previously Mark worked at ABN AMRO Corporate Development and ABN AMRO Global Clients. During his time at ABN AMRO, he was involved in the sale of ABN AMRO to a consortium of Fortis, RBS and Santander. Mark started his career at Heineken where he executed a commercial excellence program in Seoul, South Korea.

    Mark holds a Masters degree in Technology Management from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.

    Matt joined 3i in May 2010 and is primarily responsible for the origination, execution and asset management of deals in the infrastructure sector.

    He had responsibility for 3i Infrastructure plc’s investment in the Eversholt Rail Group, including during the acquisition in 2010, as a director of the company during the fund’s ownership and for the sale to CKI that was completed in April 2015. Matt was involved in 3i Infrastructure plc’s investment in the Dalmore Capital Fund and played a leading role in 3i Group’s acquisition of Barclays Infrastructure Funds Management. Recently, Matt was responsible for 3i Infrastructure plc’s investments in Wireless Infrastructure Group, the UK’s leading independent mobile tower company, and TCR, the airport ground support equipment lessor.  He retains responsibility for the asset management of both of these investments. Prior to joining 3i, Matt worked in the infrastructure funds business of Macquarie, with a focus on airport investments.

    Matt holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.

    Guillaume is a Director in the French Private Equity team and has been based in Paris since 2006.

    His investment track record includes the investments and exits of the leading French online broker Empruntis; Cerenicimo, a distribution platform for specialty rental real estate investment products; Labco, the European medical diagnostic network; WFCI, the leading player in the GSSA market (cargo freight management); Loxam, the European leader in rental equipment for the construction industry; and the current investment in Ponroy Santé Group, a European leader in the natural consumer healthcare industry. Guillaume is currently on the board of Ponroy Santé Group.

    Guillaume graduated from the French engineering school ENSAM and has a Masters in Finance from ESCP. Before joining 3i, he worked in the Transaction Services department of PwC (providing due diligence services for PE houses and corporates) and in the Leverage Finance team of the French bank Société Générale in New York.

He has also invested in European PE and high yield debt at Goldman Sachs and in US small cap equity at Boston Avenue Capital LLC, a billion $ hedge fund.

    Gaurav holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

    Simon was appointed Chief Executive in May 2012 after joining 3i in October 2011 as Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining 3i he spent 13 years at Greenhill & Co. Simon founded the European business of Greenhill and became Co-President of the Group on its floatation on the NYSE in 2004 and Co-Chief Executive in 2007.

    Before starting Greenhill in Europe, he was CEO of Baring Brothers International Limited (the corporate finance division of ING Barings), a position he held since 1995, and a director of Barings Brothers from 1989-1995. Prior to joining Baring Brothers in 1988, he worked in the corporate finance department of Morgan Grenfell.

    Simon has a law degree from London University and an MBA from London Business School. He is a Non-Executive Director of The British Land Company PLC.

    Lorenzo is a Director in the Infrastructure team in London and joined 3i in 2017, following 3i’s acquisition of a portfolio of assets from the EISER Global Infrastructure Fund. He joined EISER in 2014 with responsibility for the asset management of investments in Southern Europe.

    He is currently involved in asset management, origination and execution across both project and economic infrastructure investments. Previously, Lorenzo worked in the investment banking department of HSBC advising on a range of M&A and financing transactions in the power, utilities and renewables sector. Prior to this, Lorenzo was an Associate Consultant at Cambridge Associates where he advised institutional investors on asset allocation and selection of investment managers.

    Lorenzo holds a MSc (with honours) in Economics and Finance from LUISS University and an MBA from London Business School. He is a CFA charterholder.

    John is a Partner in 3i's Infrastructure team in London and joined 3i in November 2013.

    He is responsible for asset management of greenfield and operational infrastructure projects, as well as the fund management of a number of 3i’s private infrastructure funds. He works closely with portfolio board directors and Infrastructure Managers Limited, the business’s main SPV management services provider.

    John is also on the Boards of Cross London Trains and Wireless Infrastructure Group. Previously, John was a Director at Barclays Infrastructure Funds, St Modwen Properties, Land Securities and Vinci. Earlier in his career he worked for Arup.

    John has a Geography Degree from the University of Liverpool, an MSc in Transport Planning & Economics from the University of Cardiff and an MBA from Cass Business School.

    Rémi joined 3i in 2003 and is currently the Head of the French Private Equity team. He sits on the Boards of Etanco and Ponroy Santé.

    Rémi recently led 3i’s investment in Ponroy Santé, a European leader in the natural consumer healthcare industry, offering OTC / food supplements and hygiene products.

    In 2010, he led 3i’s investment in Vedici, the French group of private clinics, where he sat on the Board and worked with management to complete 12 acquisitions, while in parallel restructuring the group, optimising its operational efficiency and completing a major sale and lease back. Vedici doubled its size in four years and was successfully sold in 2014.

    Previous successful deals Rémi has led include Trescal, the global leader in calibration services. Rémi chaired the Supervisory Board and supported the management in its fast growing plan with five acquisitions across Europe and its expansion into the US. Trescal doubled its EBITDA in three years and was successfully sold in 2013.

    He was also involved in Keolis, public transport and GEKA, a cosmetic packaging specialist and has contributed to deals outside France, including Inspicio (testing and inspection in the UK) and ATESTEO (testing and inspection for the automotive industry in Germany and China). More recently Rémi contributed to winning TCR, Europe's leading provider of airport GSE (ground support equipment) services.

    Prior to joining 3i, Rémi founded and headed a French venture capital firm in Tunisia and spent three years with McKinsey. Rémi has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Paris Business School (ESCP) and an executive MBA (sponsored by McKinsey).
