Sophia is ESG & Sustainability Director within 3i’s Private Equity business, with responsibility for leading the assessment of ESG factors through the investment cycle, defining ESG strategy and providing support to 3i’s portfolio companies across Europe and North America.

Sophia previously spent 11 years in 3i’s Fund Investor Relations team with responsibility for managing private equity funds, building relationships with Limited Partners, new fundraising and co-investment activity. Prior to joining 3i, she spent three years with RBS in London.

Sophia holds an honours degree in History from the University of Durham, and a certificate in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (“CISL”).
