Aspen Pumps invests in Pro Pipe Supplies Pty Australia
Aspen Pumps Limited (“Aspen”), the global leader in condensate pumps, is pleased to announce its investment in Pro Pipe Supplies Pty (“Pro Pipe”), one of Australia’s leading HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) distributors.
Founded in 1999 by entrepreneurs Brett Spicer & Bob Babidge, Pro Pipe has grown from a niche supplier of high quality refrigeration drain pipe to a leading force in the Australian HVAC market. The acquisition represents a natural development in the strong historical trading relationship between Aspen and Pro Pipe which began in 2006.

Pro Pipe is the first investment made by Aspen since 3i invested in the company in February this year. 3i worked closely with the Aspen management team to successfully deliver the transaction, demonstrating its commitment to supporting Aspen’s global ambitions.
