3i announces six new hires across its Private Equity team

3i announces six new hires across its Private Equity team over the past quarter.

The hires reflect the continued momentum and growth in the business, particularly in its core markets of northern Europe and North America.

Frédéric Chiche has joined as a Director in the Paris office. Before joining 3i, Frédéric worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Rothschild, as well as in private equity at Providence Equity and Silverfleet Capital. Most recently, Frédéric worked at ING in London with a particular focus on advising corporates and private equity funds on French M&A transactions. Prior to this, he was co-owner of a niche independent investment banking firm with offices in France and China.

Michael Kober has joined as a Senior Associate in the New York office. Previously, Michael was a member of the North American Private Equity team at Bain Capital, where he focused on the industrials, business services, and financial services sectors.

Manny Cominsky has joined the New York office as an Associate. Prior to joining 3i, Manny worked in the Natural Resources Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank where he advised metals and mining clients on M&A and financing transactions.

Piotr Doniec has joined the Frankfurt office as a Senior Associate. He was previously a Senior Associate in the Corporate Finance Practice at McKinsey & Company in Hamburg.

Martin von Berg has joined the Frankfurt office as an Associate. He was previously an analyst at Merrill Lynch International Bank.

Philip De Vusser has joined as an Associate in the Amsterdam office. Prior to joining 3i, Philip worked in Deutsche Bank’s Benelux and Global Industrials corporate finance teams in Amsterdam and London.
