Anna joined 3i in 2006 and is a Director in Infrastructure. Prior to joining 3i she advised on infrastructure, with a focus on the transport sector, at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Anna has 15 years of investment and financial advisory experience.
Anna has had a leading role on many of the large infrastructure investments made by 3i, including Elenia (the Finnish electricity distribution and district heating businesses formerly owned by Vattenfall) and Eversholt Rail (the UK train rolling stock business acquired from HSBC). In 2015 she led the successful bid for 45% stakes in Oiltanking terminals in Ghent and Terneuzen.
More recently she was involved in the acquisition of a portfolio of five assets from the EISER Global Infrastructure Fund. Anna oversees asset management for the core assets in the infrastructure business. She holds board positions at Elenia Heat and the Oiltanking companies within 3i Infrastructure plc, as well as at East Surrey Pipelines and Belfast City Airport within 3i Managed Infrastructure Acquisitions LP.
Anna has a BA Joint Honours in French and German from the University of Nottingham and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
