Lars joined 3i in 2023 and is an Analyst in the Private Equity team based in Frankfurt.

He focuses on the origination and execution of investments in Germany as well as in the Business & Technology Services sector. He is involved in 3i’s investment in MAIT.

Prior to joining 3i, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse and gained further work experience at Montagu Private Equity and Rivean Capital.

Lars holds a BSc in Business Administration with a focus on Banking & Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
