Sean joined 3i in 2022 as a member of its North American Private Equity team based in New York. Sean has since been involved in 3i’s investments in insightsoftware and SaniSure.
Prior to joining 3i, Sean was an Investment Banking Analyst with Jefferies in the Global Technology Group, where he focused on M&A advisory and capital raising transactions.
Sean graduated from Emory University with a B.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems, with high honors.
